PERSONAL INJURY AND MALPRACTICE
LAW
We represent those injured in accidents or by medical malpractice. These injuries may occur in the following areas:
AUTOMOBILE
ACCIDENTS
If you are involved in an automobile accident, whether with another car,
a truck, or as a pedestrian you will need a lawyer to help you deal with the
issues of insurance coverage and reimbursement for your injuries and property
damage. Issues regarding no-fault benefits will arise and there are tight time
deadlines for filing for benefits. If you are involved in an accident with an
uninsured or underinsured driver you will need to deal with these issues also
and timely advise your insurance company.
No-fault benefits are benefits for medical bills, lost wages,
prescription drugs and other costs that a person suffers in an automobile
accident. As the name implies, these benefits are available to a person
regardless of their fault in causing the accident. However, these benefits must
be applied for promptly and they have monetary limits.
A person may have a separate claim for injuries and damages against the
car or truck that caused the accident. This claim is separate from the claim
for no-fault benefits.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU AE IN A CAR ACCIDENT

and wait for them to arrive;
