Michael J. Asta is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey.

MICHAEL J. ASTA, ESQ. has practiced law in New York and New Jersey since 1989, and represents people in personal injury actions, construction site and workplace accident, job discrimination harassment cases, medical malpractice actions, wrongful death, defective products, brain injury cases, automobile accidents, trip and fall and premises liability actions.

Mr. Asta received his B.A. from Colgate University in 1983 and was awarded a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 1988.  He is an Adjunct Professor at New York University, and is also a member of the following Professional Associations:
